O espaço exterior e a simpatia dos proprietários. Sempre prontos a ajudar e a facultar tudo o que era necessário.
A casa merecia um ar condicionado porque dos 3 quartos, 2 não tinham janela para ventilar. Sendo quartos interiores somente com ar condicionado ou janelas tipo velux.
