Świetna lokalizacja, stosunkowo blisko do dworca oraz centrum, wokół dużo restauracji i sklepów spożywczych. Doskonały kontakt z Właścicielem, który wspaniale dbał o mój komfort, wszystkie życzenia zostały spełnione :)
Mieszkanie znajduje się na czwartym piętrze przedwojennej kamienicy, co ma swój ogromy urok, ale niestety nie ma windy. Zdecydowanie nie polecam osobom w podeszłym wieku. Mój piesek był bardzo nieszczęśliwy widząc tyle schodów do pokonania, aby wyjść w końcu na spacer ;)

Klimatyczne mieszkanko, w starej kamienicy. Wszysto o czym można marzyć na chwilę pobytu w Poznaniu.
To,że leżąc w łóżku można patrzeć przez okno na niebo pełne gwiazd. I te samoloty lądujące. Patrząc przez okna po drugiej stronie stare kamienice nie wiem ile mają lat. Te zdobienie balkony. I wszystko można podziwiać w ciszy. Blisko można powiedzieć za rogiem jest tętniący Poznań. Jak dla mnie i mojec córki to miejsce rewelacja.
