This can be a great place if maintained properly.

Location, layout of condo with two bathrooms. Kitchen adequately supplied including very nice coffeemaker.

The king bed in front room was “just ok.” The double bed in back bedroom was inexcusably broken down. Ability to adjust firmness didn’t work so we felt like we were sleeping in a hole. My husband had to sleep on the couch. This is primary reason for our low rating is that a comfortable bed is so important to guests. We left the place exhausted. In my opinion the place shouldn’t be rented again until mattresses are replaced. As for cleanliness there is mold in the front bathroom, cobwebs in a very obvious location by fireplace and elsewhere and overall the place needs a deep cleaning.

Townsend is a beautiful town! Quiet and peaceful! This made it easy for us to ride over to Cades Cove to ride our bikes!

Good time - adequate facilities

No breakfast available. Location was perfect for our purpose. The pool was wonderful for my two grandsons.

Very thin walls/ceiling. The person that lives/stayed above us was very heavy footed & loud. Not verbally just lots of noise. I got woken early up every morning (1x at 4am!)

A very relaxing, though too short stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Tranquility...appropriately named. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. Nice appliances and everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the keyless entry. No more worries about misplacing a key or locking ourselves out of the property. Nice bathrooms, well decorated, and clean.

Master shower floor was a bit slippery. Could use a non-skid mat. For seniors, the placement of the toilet paper holder was a little awkward. Might add a floor stand paper holder for convenience. Just a personal opinion...
