Wonderful, helpful owner. A delightful home where all was just about perfect for us! Great, incredibly well equiped kitchen/loved the lounge area/ lovely bedroom and ensuite shower room/ separate bathroom./ large garage. The " icing on the cske" for us was the sun room- wonderful place to sit and watch the birds on the feeders. We had a little turtle and rabbit that visited too. It was smashing!
Absolutely nothing but wish we were able to stay longer!

This house was exceptional and what made it even better was the host, Ms.Kathryn. She’s so kind and thoughtful! we arrived late and waiting for us were banana muffins and banana bread. That banana bread came in handy when my son woke up in the middle of the night hungry. she even gave up little spoons for the kids. We spoke ahead of our stay and that made the transition so easy. The house is lovely, it has everything you need including toiletries,even a shower cap! You’ll feel as if you were staying at your favorite auntie’s house. The sunroom is so nice and birds coming to the feeder were a hit with my kids. It is also close to downtown and the hot springs airport. We will absolutely stay at this place again!

Everything. Kathryn is one of the sweetest people I've encountered. All was exactly as described, if not better. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything you needed was in the kitchen to provide the perfect meal. We will definitely be back
