Location was great;, enjoyed the stream at the back. The kitchen was great and the living area was well furnished with a great entertainment system.
The beds were comfortable, but we had a problem in that the Queen upstairs and the double downstairs both had one side up against a wall. We sleep together and difficult for one of us to get up during the night.

I like the proximity to Cuchara. I also enjoyed the beautiful stream in the backyard.
It is remote so if you are wanting to spend most of your time in towns, it will take you some time to get there.

The view was excellent
The fact that you have no access to trash cans is pathetic. The area trash cans are kept locked due to wildlife and is very understandable but as everyone knows who rents B&B trash cans are normally provided at owners expense but apparently they will not pay the fee for customers comfort. So with that being said you have to carry nasty trash in your family car 20 or 30mi to local town.
