About this house rental
Cozy Cottage is perfect creekside house to relax, and enjoy the countryside that eastern Tennessee has to offer. Sit on the porch to unwind and enjoy the sounds of the creek directly behind the house, or go take a splash in it yourself. We are Within 1/2 hour of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and within 6 miles Newport, Cosby entrance of Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and Foothills Parkway. We are pet friendly and offer a fenced in yard for your dog to safely run.
Pets stay for FREE!!!! Enjoy walks along the property and creek, there is an old barn and vacant house also on property, nice for evening walks to unwind!

Quiet location away from the tourist area. Our fur babies loved the fenced in yard and the creek. Very well thought out, every thing you needed was provided. Bonus: A small farm next door that sells fresh veggies. 30 minutes into Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. 20 minutes into Cosby/Newport.

Had an excellent stay at this rental. Close enough to all the tourist traps and the National park but far enough out that you have some peace and quiet. Host was thoughtful and had snacks and toiletries, even had bubble bath and toothbrushes for the kids! Creek on property is nice to sit at, fish in or play at with the kids. House was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our first 10/10 stay.

The place was great! It was completely stocked with coffee, snacks, water, shampoos, soap, dog crates and toys, fenced yard for pets - anything and everything you could need was there! Would definitely stay here again if bringing our pups with us.
