Magnificent flat renovated and decorated by an interior designer. The property is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Ideally located, near the Opera Garnier.

The flat is located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement.
It is on the second floor without a lift.
All the furniture is new and has been carefully selected.
Located in a lively street, the flat offers the following features:
- Beautiful living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen and a sofa bed.
- Smart TV, broadband internet.
- Spacious bedroom with very comfortable mattress (180cm) and storage space.
- Shower room with double washbasin
- Separate WC
You'll also benefit from air conditioning.
The area is peaceful and pleasant, typically Parisian and in the tourist heart of Paris.
You'll be close to some of the capital's most beautiful places, with all the convenience of local shops.
The location is fantastic, with excellent bakeries, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets all less than 1 minute's walk away.
The building manager is installing an elevator and renovating the common areas.

This was our second time staying at this apartment. The experience was seamless, and the concierge group was easy to communicate with and VERY prompt in responding to our messages. The arrival and departure were smooth and we really appreciated the late departure time. The apartment is exactly as represented, the space is lovely and spacious, everything works (including AC!), and the location is great, on a largely pedestrian street that offers good places to dine, get takeout style foods, or shop for cheese, bread, pastry, fish (oysters!), etc. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is convenient, on a lively street near several metro stations. We arrived late (10 pm), and the host arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment, hand over the keys, and ensure everything worked. The apartment was clean. The AC was efficient and much appreciated in 36-degrees weather. We would definitely stay again. The only small drawback was that the shower guard was inadequate and did not fully protect from spills, and there were no extra towels to help dry the floor.
