Large and comfortable family chalet, with terraces, balconies, garden, private garage, very sunny and south facing, it is an ideal place for a stay with friends or family.
The Chalet consists of 3 levels as follows:
* ground floor :
- large garden space + tiled and covered terrace
- 1 double bedroom (160x200) with shower room and toilets
- 1 billiard room with bar and giant screen
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer + sink
*1st level - main floor :
- Access to the garages by the interior (ski racks and ski boot warmers)
- Entrance into a large spacious room:
- Living room with television and sofas
- Resting area in front of the fireplace
- Dining area with table and chairs, opening onto an outdoor terrace/lounge
- Very well equipped kitchen with access to a terrace equipped for outdoor meals
*2nd level under the roof :
-1 toilet with sink
-1 bedroom with double bed (160x200), shower room and toilet, opening on a small balcony
-1 office space
- staircase leading to a mezzanine/children's corner under the roof with 4 single beds (90x190)
-1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), shower room and toilet, opening onto a nice balcony in common with the last bedroom
- 1 large master bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), shower room, bath, toilet and television
SERVICE INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES :
- Wifi, Bedlinen and towels, beds are made, baby cot and chair.
- End of stay cleaning except kitchen

CHALET ALPAGA is a large family chalet with 300 m² of private space, located in the quiet, natural neighbourhood of Les Perrières, on the edge of the village of Champagny-en-Vanoise and the Vanoise forest.
Free shuttles are available during the winter season to the ski slopes and village centre/shops (approximately 700 m) and Champagny le Haut. The house faces south and is sunny.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: from autumn 2021, the ALPAGA chalet will be heated by a heat pump.
