The home was fine, could add to make it feel more like a home. it was very, very basic and overpriced for what we ended up getting. The home doesn't have Air conditioning, just fans so it did get very warm 28-29 Degrees making it uncomfortable to sleep. overall I would give it a passing grade but not worth what we paid.

This large house is in a safe neighborhood. Conveniently located close to major highway. Kids park nearby. Lots of space.

Property was clean but there were many items in need of some minor maintenance. Both front and back door were tripping hazards, vertical blinds were in disrepair, tape was used to mend screen door, dead tree in middle of backyard, outdoor furniture cushions were moldy, wall mounted shelving was loose, etc.
