We stayed here for two weeks and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, very clean and exactly the kind of place you would like to come back to. The large balcony was one of our favourite features – it is perfect for spending evenings outside. However, it would be much more comfortable if there was a fan on the balcony, as we have seen in other apartments in the same building. During hot summer evenings it would make a huge difference. The location is excellent. The beach is literally a one-minute walk away, and there is a Tommy supermarket within walking distance. Overall, this is a beautiful apartment with great potential, and we would happily stay here again.

There are several things that really need improvement. First, there were no beach loungers. For a holiday apartment in Croatia this was very surprising, especially considering how inexpensive they are. Guests should not have to spend part of their holiday walking around shops looking for beach equipment and buying something so basic themselves. I actually bought two loungers and left them for the owners, hoping they will keep them for future guests. It is a small investment that would make a big difference to everyone's stay. Communication was probably the biggest disappointment. Before arrival I asked several times whether an earlier check-in (around 2–3 pm instead of 4 pm) would be possible, but I never received a proper answer. We ended up waiting outside the building for about three hours with our luggage. Later it became clear that the apartment had actually been cleaned earlier, so an earlier check-in would most likely have been possible if someone had simply informed us. Better communication would have completely avoided this situation. The shower cabin leaks badly. Every single shower leaves a large puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom. This seems like a very simple issue to fix with new silicone, but it clearly hasn't been addressed. The apartment is missing a washing machine, which is a serious drawback for longer stays. We stayed for two weeks, so naturally our clothes and beach towels needed washing. We asked if there was any possibility to use a washing machine, but were simply told no, and no alternative solution was offered. For longer stays this is a significant inconvenience. The kitchen is also poorly equipped for such a large apartment that can accommodate up to six people. There was only one large pot and one small pot without a lid. If you cook your own meals, this is far from enough. There wasn't even a vegetable peeler, which was surprisingly inconvenient.
