The apartment is cozy, clean, and nicely kept, with a great kitchen that makes it feel very practical and comfortable. The location is perfect if you’re going to an event at Arena, with a shop and bakery just a few meters away, plus parking for residents. The host was also very nice and friendly.

The property is located near the Pula arena (the coliseum), which was important for our travel due to a concert once of us was attending.
There is free parking - spot is not guaranteed but there was always some space.
City center, train station the Arena, the port, food market - all in walking distance.
Grocery store (Studenac) and bakery a block away.
Pleasant and knowledgeable host.

There is a parking just next to the hose dedicated to tenants of Bujska 1. You can use it, but the exit is tricky for low to medium high cars (I've hit the bottom).
Not suitable if you want a beach in walking distance. The Veruda beach area is however reachable by car (there's free parking) in 10 minutes or public transport.
