The property is in a great location, is comfortable, modern and clean. The metro station, shopping mall and grocery store are right around the corner. The porters to the building are extremely helpful and friendly. The water heater was faulty. There was not enough hot water for even two people to take a shower. There is no hot water in the kitchen. Only the bathrooms.
