Location and the view! With a balcony that stretched the entire length of the condo unit we were able to enjoy amazing views of Tiger Beach and the sunsets. We were close to many shops and restaurants.
The condo unit was wonderful, however, some features slightly dated. The new owners are in the process of upgrading. It really did not impact our stay and we were truly comfortable here.

The view from the 17th floor balcony was beautiful. The location of the apartment was excellent, right on the Tigertail beach. The hosts were prompt in assisting us with the check in. Plenty of information available in the apartment about the area.

Everything!! Loved that they had pickleball open play. Liked it being gated and pool right outside. The view from the condo was gorgeous
The walk to the beach was a bit long with carrying chairs, etc. I would’ve liked to have the sun hitting the condo but that’s only because it was a little chilly on the balcony with it being shaded. Some of the carpet had stains and was worn. An area rug in the bedroom would take care of that.

Het appartement had een geweldige ligging met uitzicht op de golf en de inter coastal. Zeer groot balkon. Mooi zwembad, gelijk aan het strand. Prijs / kwaliteit uitstekend. Echt aanrader!!
Als ik dan toch een negatief iets moet opnoemen. Vloerbedekking was hier en daar aan vervanging toe, keuken zou ook een update kunnen gebruiken. Wij waren hier in januari en hadden geen zon op ons terras (in januari een min punt, in de zomer is dit zeker een plus punt)
