Everything was perfect excepting the smell that came from the pipes and disturbed a lot.
Because it’s a open space kitchen and room was very difficult to resist with the smell.
That’s the only negative aspect.

New apartment and appliances.
The bed is of a very strange form -- about 1.4-1.5 meter each side, a problem for whose who taller than 1.5 meter.
Also it would be nice to have a single chair in the room.
