Villa Tingafa

Very well located in Yaiza (main beaches are approx 15 mins away by car if you’re renting). Great villa, very modern bathrooms (there’s room for six overall). The pool is really nice and there are six beds, three of which are extremely comfortable!

Having different types of pillows in the villa would be a great plus.

Beautiful semi-detached house steps away from the center of Yaiza and a well-stocked little supermarket. In a great location to explore the island. Mostly very quiet. Car park right in front of the house. Spacious and modern, fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer, which we didn’t use). Heated private pool in a small tiled backyard with lots of sun in March / early April. Big TV with international channels. A/C in all bedrooms and living room (which we didn’t need). Welcome gifts (wine, nuts and olives) and nice and easy contact. Very clean.

To be honest there is next to nothing we didn’t like. The heat pump for the pool can cause some noise in the upstairs bedroom, which can be an issue for light sleepers. The beds are rather firm, but that’s personal preference. A tray in the kitchen to take everything needed for breakfast and dinner into the yard would be a good idea. And we would have appreciated more bags for the small bins in the bathroom as there were no additional ones in the house. After an episode of Calima, the pool could have done with a clean. But these are all minor issues - we loved our stay in the house and would come back any time!
