Great service, you can leave your luggage before and after checking out for free. Stuff helped me carry my heavy suitcase 🧳 to the second floor.

There is no elevator for H building, Stayed there for 4 days the room n bathroom haven’t been cleaned once , I had to ask to change my towels after the 3rd day.

The hotel is precious!! It looks like it was built inside some sort of palace and you'll see random beautiful constructions as you walk around the area. The staff was very friendly, helpful and sweet. The rooms were comfortable and felt like a fancy hostel, really good value for your money while still feeling like everything's clean, neat and organised. The beds were really comfy (seriously some of the best sleep I've gotten in a while) and the AC thankfully cooled down the room very quickly. The bathroom was great, comfortable shower and funny little slide door leading to it. There was plenty of space to store our things as well as our clothes and any souvenirs we bought. Great location, you couldn't hear anything from outside although it's located in the dead center of everything. The other hotel guests were a bit loud at times, you could hear doors slamming but I don't blame the hotel for that, rather the people with bad manners. Overall a great experience, would stay there again!

Having a kitchen is great but unfortunately the equipment fell a bit short. Some of the handles on the pots and the pans were weak and jiggling around when you tried to cook, some of them also looked a bit old and rusty. The "oven" in the downstairs kitchen barely warms up your food, so we resorted to using the stove most of the time. The bar chairs and high table in the kitchen looks nice aesthetically but sitting on them was really uncomfy. I suggest the hotel gets a normal table instead considering someone might have mobility issues or children might have a hard time getting up on them.

On the property is sign Palace LoopINN, so in the end you are confused, if this is a right place. Receptionist doesnť speak English very well and is very "not involved". We had problems with hot water - no hot water - and he just said its OKEY - well it took few hours before it run again. The reception is behind close door and you heve to find very well hidden door bell. The room on 1 st floor was VERY NOISY!!! like to have no window or doors, everything from the street you can hear in your room -Saturday was a hell. No kicthen stuff in the kitchen in the room.
