The property is located 24 m from the Autobus bus station, 150 m from the Supermercado Consum supermarket, 400 m from the Entença metro station (l5), 900 m from the Estacio de Sants train station, 5 km from the Barceloneta Beach / Barceloneta Beach, 14 km from El Prat airport, 103 km from the PortAventura World theme park / theme park. The house is located in the city centre.
It has a lift, iron, internet (wifi), balcony, heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, television. The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.
Please note that air conditioning is only in the living room.

• Towels, sheets and toilet paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included.
• Towels: Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged.
• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
• Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
• Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.
• Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of €19.95 will apply.
• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.
• Parties and meetings: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).
• Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

The place is clean and very easy in and out because the building has lift or elevator. Shops are nearby and it’s in the heart of downtown Barcelona .

Great apartment. Great location. Not in the center of the tourist district, but walkable to most places of interest. Highly recomend.

This is a lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Our property manager contact was Benjamin and he was very responsive, he even called to express his sympathies when my phone was stolen in Barcelona.
What I didn't like was the extra 30 Euro fee for checking in on the weekend. It was specified on the VRBO posting, but still it does seem a money grab. Also, the deposit has to be paid by a wire transfer which administratively is very expensive at Canadian banks.
