Our host was responsive and proactive. Check in and out was smooth.
The property is near the centre of the town with nice beaches reachable in 10-15 minutes by car.
There are multiple restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
The bedding and bathroom fixtures were clean and plenty of towels were provided. The bed is spacious and comfortable.
The flat is a little beat up but the essentials are there.
A cutting board and a chef knife would have been handy, otherwise the kitchen is well equipped.
On a few days, the upstairs neighbor was making noise by moving furniture around after midnight and in the morning.

Good option to stay in Nebida and visit the interesting sites of this area if you have a car. Nice cozy apartment. Friendly owner with quick communication and easy to arrange check-in with him earlier. Wide parking space.
We got some water coming in at the entrance of the apartment due to the heavy rain, but the owner said he’ll fix it.

Appartamento... probabilmente ex garage...non particolarmente pulito ed abbastanza scarso in dotazioni (esempio: un solo coltello…).
