It was very new and clean, very near to the beach.
The property is quite near to the beachfront but the stretch of beach directly in front of it (near the golf course) seems to be closed and you might have to walk a few hundred meters around it. Also the property also has another block being constructed nearby, so this should be noted.

The place is all new, there's a gym and a swimming pool that you can use. We stayed 2 days and it was really nice. There's a beach and a golf course nearby. The owner always replied within short time to our questions .
There is no shop or supermarket nearby, the place is a little bit off the map. Right next to Kaina tower, there is another tower still under construction, but there was not much noise from the construction site, just to let you know what to expect.

Facilities are excellent
I was there during quiet period but the apartment people help a lot. This place is for golf holiday and self catering. If you want beach holiday book Beach front resort.
