Situato vicino al centro di Marzamemi, struttura moderna, accogliente, pulita e curata.

La camera era molto spaziosa, con due terrazze a disposizione. La doccia è molto comoda. La zona è tranquilla, il centro di Marzamemi si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi. C’è una parcheggio custodito di fronte la struttura, il costo è di 4€ al giorno (noi abbiamo soggiornato ad ottobre). Daniela è stata molto precisa con le indicazioni e gentile.
La pulizia, sia dei pavimenti che dei servizi (bollitore, piatti, tazze) era molto scarsa. C’erano anche delle piccole colonie di formiche sparse su varie zone dell’alloggio. Peccato perchè questo è l’unico punto a sfavore che, se migliorato, porterebbe ad un comfort eccellente.

Location molto curata, pulita e nuova a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi.
Tuttavia le utilities non erano incluse (docciaschiuma, un solo rotolo di carta igienica per due persone per 2 notti). É stato un peccato non aver mai visto l'oste, che però si é resa disponibile via whatsapp.

Ottima pulizia, stanza grande, parcheggio enorme a 4 euro al giorno proprio davanti con parcheggiatore gentilissimo che da ottimi consigli.
Non avevamo visto che per una notte dovevamo lasciare 200 euro di cauzione per eventuali danni e non avevamo visto che non effettuavano cambio asciugami
