I like the apartment, it's very homely and clean. the kids feel safe to ride their bicycle around. The apartment has nice ambiance at night and it's calm as well.
I didn't like the electricity distribution. But, the apartment owner has been proactive in installing an alternative means of power, which I believe will make the place enjoyable.

The interior decor, gadgets like the big screen TV and AC. The furniture and fittings are nice too. The compound is clean and calm. The Internet was working fine and the kitchen is okay too with the fridge/freezer compartment, microwave and other kitchen utensils. The night ambience is great with cool POP lighting.
A bottle of Insecticide should always be placed inside for each new guest.
