The apartment is located in a residential complex close to the sea. The spaces are comfortable, functional, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals if desired. One of the highlights is the beautiful terrace, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, with lovely views, including towards the sea. The private garage is a great advantage, especially if you are travelling by car. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the immediate vicinity, and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, La Tejita, is just a five-minute walk away. The residential complex also has its own swimming pool. The apartment is an excellent choice both for those who want to enjoy the sun and the sea and for those looking for a convenient base to explore the island. The property managers were attentive and easily reachable, and communication was simple and efficient. As we arrived in the evening, we especially appreciated the welcome drinks waiting for us in the apartment. We would gladly stay here again.

Please be sure to check the description very carefully. I was charged €30 for arriving late, which is concerning as this is my first time encountering such an issue when booking an apartment. Additionally, returning the key requires driving five minutes to the office, which is inconvenient, especially if we didn't rent a car. What upset me the most was receiving a message complaining about a used floor towel that was supposedly dirty. We had simply placed it on the bathroom floor as normal usage, so it seemed unreasonable to me. Because of these issues, I will not rent this property again.
