Grotto Getaway

This place is worth every penny. They think of everything you need. Beds are comfortable in the yurt. They provide lanterns and also a charging dock. Bathrooms are cleaned like 3 times a day I think, very clean. Showers are amazing water pressure. Quiet and relaxing. Staff were amazing and they were checking in to see if we needed anything. Amazing sink to wash your dishes in... Just a great place. Location is awesome. 20 mins from Lionshead park and 25 mins to Tobermory. Would recommend and will definitely be back and maybe book a dome or trailer next time.

If you are coming from a far distance check in time may be an issue. But it appears they may accommodate outside of the 4pm to 7pm check in time if you explain your situation.

We stayed here for my partner’s birthday trip and absolutely loved the property! The location was beautiful, and our campsite had plenty of space to park our car while still giving us enough privacy to enjoy our time together. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights for us was how clean and well-maintained the washrooms were, which we really appreciated while camping. The tents also have portable charging stations, so you can easily charge your phone, laptop, Apple Watch, or other devices during your stay. They also have spa facilities available for guests, along with board games if you want to have a relaxed evening at the campsite. They provide firewood and other essentials for the fire, which made everything super convenient. Overall, it was such a comfortable, peaceful, and well-thought-out camping experience. We had an amazing birthday getaway and would definitely recommend staying here!

Maybe a little more lighting, especially to the way for the washrooms at night.

Really not worth the money. Go to Bruce National Park, Cyrus Lake Campground and book a yurt for half the price and you get the same and more, patio, beach, dock, bbq and chairs - storage spot for food, wood stove and more.
