Very convenient close to everything yet quiet, nice neighborhood, safe and clean. Comfortable and with all the items we needed to cook and also do laundry. Owners are very quick to respond.

The house looked just like the pictures. It was in a very nice and new neighborhood, and was walking distance to a playground. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. It was super clean with a great shower and bathtub that we enjoyed. The backyard is nice, we would have loved to have seating out there!

Another member of our team and I have stayed here previously for an ongoing work project in the area. It’s is a great place, in an out-of-the-way area, with a perfect quiet neighborhood of typical newer nice homes. Still very close to everything. They allow pets, which is generally a drawback for me, but there was no evidence of past pets easily detectable. That’s the way it should be IMHO. Would look forward to staying here again next time we’re scheduled to be in the Alamogordo area. Thanks, TDH

We stayed for 11 days. Everything worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was great. Would stay there again for sure. There were no issues with communicating with the hosts at all.
