About this house rental
Relaxation and rest await you at our Fröhlich vacation home. With approximately 75 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The Friesenhäuschen is located in a quiet yet central part of Norden, the oldest city in East Frisia, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle. All shops for daily necessities are within walking distance.
The entrance leads to the spacious living and dining area with direct access to the garden. Here, even when the weather is bad, you can enjoy your vacation with an exciting book or a good movie.
The Friesenhaus features a new NOBILIA kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination featuring two freezer compartments and a compact microwave oven
. Additionally, the first floor includes a bedroom with a box-spring bed (160×200) as well as a bright and cheerful bathroom with a shower. This is the perfect place to start your day
A staircase leads to the upper gallery, where you can retreat to the cozy sitting area. You’ll also find another bedroom with a box-spring bed (160×200) and an additional bathroom with a shower
The vacation home’s southwest-facing location allows you to relax on the terrace well into the evening. Enjoy the balmy summer evenings with a barbecue or a cool glass of wine.
Please note that the garden is currently being redesigned. Updated photos will follow shortly.
Dogs are expressly welcome here.
Of course, children are also warmly welcome at the Fröhlich vacation home. A stair gate is also available at the top of the stairs.
We’ve also made arrangements for those arriving by car: a private parking space right in front of the house ensures short distances.
Of course, a washer and dryer are also available for your use.
The fireplace shown in one of the photos is currently not in use. It is for decorative purposes only.
You have access to our free and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the entire vacation home.
Bed linens and towels are not provided in the vacation home. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
Dogs are allowed in this vacation home. Cats are not permitted.
Guests are personally responsible for the safety of their dog and third parties. The owner and the agency assume no liability.
Valid dog liability insurance is required.
Please note that keys must be picked up at our office at Norddeicher Str. 55 in Norden.
