Wir haben für geschäftliche Zwecke eine Ferienwohnung gesucht und sind zum Glück auf booking.com fündig geworden: Tolles Ferienhaus zum fairen Preis. Auf booking.com habe ich dann mit großer Freude festgestellt, dass man ab 16:00 - Ende offen einchecken kann, was aufgrund unserer langen Hinreise sehr wichtig war. Bei der Buchungsbestätigung habe ich allerdings überrascht festgestellt, dass der Check-In zwischen 15:00-17:00Uhr vor Ort stattfindet. Verwundert rief ich dort an und die Dame am Telefon stritt das vehement ab. Das fand ich schon seltsam, da die Vermittlung eigentlich darüber im Klaren sein sollte, dass diese wichtigen Informationen abgeglichen werden müssen. Der Check-In hat mit viel Umplanung trotzdem gut geklappt und das Haus war auch sehr schön! Da die Buchung geschäftlich war, brauche ich selbstverständlich für die Buchhaltung eine Rechnung. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass wir vor Ort beim Check-Out eine Rechnung erhalten. Dies ist nicht geschehen. Dann habe ich bei der Vermittlung angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Rechnung erst dann erstellt wird, sobald mit dem Vermieter des Hauses abgerechnet würde. Knapp 4 Wochen später erkundigte ich mich freundlich per Mail über die Rechnung. Ich bekam folgende Antwort: "wir haben immer wieder die Rechnung über booking.com versendet. Nun sollte auf Ihre Mail-Adresse angekommen sein." Ich wies die Dame darauf hin, dass ich keine Buchungsbestätigung brauche, sondern eine ordentliche Rechnung mit Rechnungsnummer. Nun hoffe ich, dass ich sie bekomme. Als Privatperson ist die Buchung über diese Vermittlung sicherlich angenehmer, aber ich hatte leider mehr Kopfschmerz als freundlichen Service.

Tolle Doppelhaushälfte, liebevoll eingerichtet! Tolle Betten!!!! Extrem sauber, so findet man Häuser nicht oft vor! Ruhige Lage.
