The beautiful apartment (penthouse) of 79 m2 in Torrevieja consists of a living room with a new American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a terrace. Capacity is for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds).
It is located in an ideal area for families, near the Cura beach and supermarkets, bars. It has an elevator.
The apartment is nice, comfortable, renovated, furnished. It has a view to the east from the living room. There is a private garage under the building.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) in living room and walk while 2 bedrooms. The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV.
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
It is very close to the sandy beach "Playa del Cura” (220m), 500 m from the town center. In 3 minutes walking there are many restaurants and cafes. Right next to it is a supermarket area (600m). You can spend a good time walking on the night terrace.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located in 45 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - in 2 km.

My husband and I had to leave another VRBO because it was unsuitable, and arrived at the penthouse and were thrilled! It had everything I could want in the kitchen, they left us coffee and spices to get us started, plus a bottle of champagne in the wine fridge! The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, there was a grocery store right outside the front. It was a block off the beach. They supplied us with Zero gravity beach chairs!!!!! and an umbrella. We had a parking garage so parking on the street was never an issue. AC worked great!! Great furniture on the deck! The only issue (more for the owners than me) is the shower could use some kind of curtain or build up on the base because after every shower there was tons of water on the floor and the matt would be very wet and I would put towels on the floor. I would highly recommend this VRBO!
