About this villa rental
Nameless Bay Lodge is a private waterfront estate set across twenty acres with its own swimming pool, spa, landscaped gardens, and sweeping sea views. With nearly 150 metres of private beachfront and complete seclusion on Waiheke’s eastern side, this is a rare coastal retreat designed for families or groups wanting space, privacy, and effortless outdoor living.
The Space:
The estate centres around a generous, beautifully refreshed main house arranged for relaxed, comfortable living. Wide timber decks open toward the pool, spa, and surrounding gardens, giving the home a seamless indoor–outdoor feel and clear views across the bay. The living and dining areas sit at the heart of the home, filled with natural light and set up for long meals, quiet mornings, and easy movement between indoor spaces and the poolside terrace.
The entertainer’s kitchen is fully equipped and positioned so that cooking and gathering flow naturally into the central living areas. Two separate bedroom wings extend from the main living zones, offering four spacious bedrooms in total. The layout is ideal for extended families or two families travelling together, giving each group generous sleeping spaces while still keeping everyone connected to the central social areas. The bathrooms are modern, well finished, and positioned to support groups comfortably.
The outdoor areas are a major part of life at Nameless Bay Lodge. The pool and spa sit in a sheltered, sun-filled position beside the home, surrounded by lush planting and multiple seating areas. The gardens extend down toward the private beach, with wide lawns, mature palms, and quiet corners to sit, read, or simply take in the view. Every part of the estate feels connected to the coastline, creating a calm, expansive setting throughout the day.

Man O’ War offers long, relaxed lunches right by the water, with wood-fired pizzas and tastings overlooking the bay. Poderi Crisci provides Italian-inspired dining in a secluded valley, perfect for long afternoon meals. Passage Rock is known for its Syrah and peaceful rural setting, while Kennedy Point Vineyard offers organic coastal wines in a relaxed outdoor environment. The area is also home to scenic walking tracks and the historic Stony Batter tunnels, making it easy to explore between long, slow meals and time at the beach.
