The apartment was ok, only one of the rooms has AC but we made it work by keeping all the doors open all the time. It was pretty clean except for some towels that had old stains on them. The location is very good, close to the beach and a supermarket.

We were charged a late fee only to have to wait 40 min to be checked in. We arrived at 9.04 pm (yes, stii eligible for a late fee) and no one answered our calls, we didn’t receive instructions etc until 9.45 pm. Their answer: “Our colleague informed us that your arrival time was 21:45, and the late check-in policy applies from 21:00, as stated in the booking conditions. This is because a staff member is required to be present to hand over the keys, and this information is indicated in the reservation terms.“. So basically we paid a late fee for a 4 min delay only to not have anyone present for 40 minutes. If you arrive late, it doesn’t matter that they arrive later. Very disappointed, we actually thought the location didn’t exist and started looking for other option for that night.

Es gab keinen Blick auf das Meer, der Rolladen war defekte und das seit längerer Zeit. Für uns ist das Betrug! Die Aussicht vom Balkon geht nur im Stehen, im Sitzen guckt man auf die Brüstung. Im Herbst ist die komplette Wohnung uns das Pool den ganzen Tag im Schatten! Starke Gerüche aus dem Bad nach drei Tagen. Keine Einweisung bekommen, nur Schlüsselübergabe. Wir hatten das Problem, das unsere beiden Kinder alleine im winzigen Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben sind - schrecklich war das - und wir wussten nicht, das es eine Portier im Gebäude gibt, der schnell hätte helfen können. Eigentlich alles eine Frechheit vom Vermieter (nicht Booking.com) auch wurden wir nur hingehalten bzgl. der Problemlösung. .

El apartamento está muy nuevo, pero hay un poco de olor a desague del baño, yo creo que faltarian unas cortinas en el salon, para no tener que estar bajando el toldo de la terraza, pq si hay mucho aire, x la noche hay que retirarlo para que no golpee

Muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. El colchón era extremadamente cómodo y las toallas como las de un hotel. Todos los electrodomésticos nuestros y toda la vajilla limpia. Tiene un ventanal precioso de cristal con vistas al Mar. Ves el amanecer en primera línea, maravilloso.

Por poner alguna pega, el baño hacía mal olor, porque no tiene sifón.
