Stayed 3 nights here on a skiing trip with my friends. Spacious apartment with fairly modern equipment. Entrance is shared with the owners of the house (they live downstairs, apartment is upstairs). Nothing was missing, all equipment was present for self-catering stay. Comfortable beds, enough storage in bedrooms. Separate room for skis and ski shoes was available. Communication with the host was easy, check-in easy too (owner was present at the house when we arrived). Driving distance to Stubai Glacier 25 minutes, Schlick less than 10.
Everything was fine, no problem. The are no lights on the driveway to the house so some caution is needed when going out after sunset
