Avoid this place, high potential but extremely run down. Room is not clean and we had to switch hotel within an hour after checked in.

The room was very clean and big enough. Love that it has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Thank you!

Great breakfast!

Breakfast was great. Very standard for Embassy Suites, which is known for extensive breakfast options. Interior decor was great, also expected from an Embassy Suites hotel. Great location near shopping.

The staff are awesome! Breakfast is the best and with plenty of choices.

First room had musty smell and tub was nasty looking. Changed to new room which was better but bathroom was also in need of repair. Faucets were both broken. Hotel lobby and courtyard was beautiful and food at both breakfast and evening bar was great!

The Staff was great. The food was fine. The hotel itself could use some updating. In need of repairs.

The lady at check in and check out was very helpful, kind and professional. She has a great smile and personality, we really appreciated her and hate that we forgot her name.

Amazing stay

Stayed 11/30-12/02 the Sunday after Thanksgiving. It looked like the C team duty rotation. Poor front desk check in experience. Staff could not be bothered to make any effort. See detailed expl. In check in rating. Lots of full trash bags outside of room doors. Room 206 had the Chipped sink and thermostat that refused to be adjusted (hot or cold). Rough night. Breakfast and breakfast staff was the only bright spot on a Monday. Sure hope they retrain front desk staff to actually care. Next time, try the Marriot systems nearby or use the Hilton app and just skip the front end because they just want you to use the app anyway. 2 staff and a manager couldn’t be bothered to utter why they ignored me standing in line for 8-10 min without any sensible explanation. It takes less time to make a key via app.

The check in was very convenient & the staff was exceptional helpful. The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast buffet was superb with so many choices. The omelette bar was a bonus as well as the evening social hour. It's in a convenient location. We will be returning.

Easy check in

Large, but very dated, room, great breakfast and nice free afterwork at the bar. This hotel should replace its very dark brown old furniture. The location is perfect but that they now (we have stayed here many times) started charging for parking is very bad. Unfortunately the base ventilation is very noisy in all rooms

Room was cleaned, just old. Tub was worn really bad. Furniture was worn, but the indentures. Price was reasonable and expected what I saw. Heavy fragrance to mask the odors. The breakfast was above and beyond. Would I stay there again? If I had to save a penny.

Some staff unfriendly could be more courteous and appreciative of spending $ in their facilities.

The rooms are very spacious (though they would need more modern furniture as they appear very dated). Rugs are fairly new, which is good but unfortunately the rooms are very noisy as the base ventilation makes a lot of noise. We have stayed here many times and the breakfast and after work free bar is nice but things are somewhat deteriorating…

My room was a handicap room. The only thing I did not like was the shower faucet water would dribble down the metal flex arm onto the bathroom floor. Free happy hour (2 drinks) was good, wish they had fresh popcorn, free breakfast was good, wish they had fresh pancakes
