Make the most of your next visit to Cleveland with this centrally-located, peaceful, easy guest suite as your home-base. The space is a thoughtfully furnished, well-equipped lower level of a home in a wooded, quiet, well-established North Cleveland neighborhood. Enjoy easy street parking, a private entrance, and contactless check-in. A perfect set-up for visiting your Lee student(s), checking out nearby Chattanooga or Knoxville, or adventuring at renowned Chilhowee/Ocoee recreation areas.

Located in North Cleveland's desirable Sequoia Trails neighborhood: tucked away behind the Home Depot and Bradley Square Mall, right off of the ever-expanding Paul Huff Parkway, and just minutes from so many of Cleveland's restaurants and shopping. A short walk through the neighborhood lands you right at the entrance to the Greenway, Cleveland's beautiful, largely wooded/shaded walking and recreation path that runs along Mouse Creek and extends all the way to Lee University/downtown Cleveland.

We have never found renters to be bothered by this, but we simply want you to be aware of this unique feature of the bathroom before booking.
Outdoor Security Camera Disclosure: For the safety and security of our guests, security cameras have been installed on the property. One camera on front of home points toward main street, 2nd camera on side porch points toward side street (including AirBnb guest street parking for added guest security), and third camera mounted on back corner of house points toward backyard and patio. In the event of a situation, the cameras can be used to look back and view recorded video.

First liked the one room ideal.
Like the curtain ideal around the king size bed. Liked the lights that they had in the suit.
These are my dislikes
Found a hair in the bed thank God I brought my own sheets
There was dust on the lampshades which was metal so I had to dust them even the one that's by the leather chair!
The clock that was beside the king size bed had dust on it and inside the back of it!
So after that I start looking at the baseboards which are white and you can't miss that there was dust like they never got clean like for a couple months I do not know why people said it was cleanliness because I had to buy cleaner like I said and had to clean around the nightstand baseboards found out that there was dead bugs did a spider.
As for safety they do not have no rails as you go down those three steps which like they need to be redone and put a rail up as for the bathroom I did tell the host through a email my concerns about the bathroom also the bathroom you have to step up and there's nothing to help you get up into and out of the shower there should be a safety bar . There was no communication from the host that lives on the property I did not make a complaint because we were staying there for 3 days and I already did my cleaning for them!
I emailed the host the morning that we left after we get almost out of the state of Tennessee because I did not know that she had left me a email stating don't strip the bed don't put the dishes
