Hosts can charge extra money, even after you leave because they are not going to know what the place looks like until the cleaning crew comes in. The housekeeper takes a bunch of pictures and documents what they see. This may not be a damage issue. If it was a damage issue, you would be getting a damage claim, but it’s a cleaning fee.

Great house with plenty of space and privacy for everyone! There was one bathroom out of order that we did not expect and the listing should be updated, but otherwise fabulous. Garage space is so fun!

We had a few couples and a few solo, 8 total and this house was perfect for us. Close to the convention center and the marina! Everything we needed was nearby with lots of parking on the property.

Beautiful house and property. Not in the best neighborhood, several run down houses in the area, but that wasn't an issue. Loved the game room and the bathrooms were beautiful. The bedrooms got a little warm at night, but overall it was an enjoyable visit.
