About this apartment rental

You can't get closer to the beach than this, our condo is fully facing the beachfront, and you can hear the waves from the 1st-floor deck overlooking the waterfront from both bedrooms and a large sliding glass door in the living room. It features a nice pool and hot tub to relax, an area to grill out, and includes games and beach toys for the kids.
One parking space Parking is available, COA does charge $55 for onsite parking.

We came in for the Sand in my Boots music fest. The condo was perfect, right on the water with balcony with rocking chairs looking right over the beach and water. There is a great restaurant and shop right across the street. The walk to the venue was about a half hour, much easier than waiting for a shuttle. The condo itself had enough room for the four of us. There is a pool on site as well, we didn’t use but looked clean and well kept. There is parking right underneath the unit. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Gulf Shores.

Very impressed with how accurate listing was. Nice space and layout. Listening and watching to the ocean from living room.. Fell in love with the place!
