Towels: Please note that washcloths are not provided.
Noise Policy: Parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise may result in building fines, which will be charged to the responsible guest.
Main Guest Check-In Requirement:
The main guest must be pre-registered and present at check-in. If the registered guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will apply to update the reservation at the front desk.

Overall the property is impressive. The check in process is a horrible experience. You check in they give you a piece of paper to hold up to a camera that they’re supposed to let you in. That failed more than once. Couldn’t get access to the garage without assistance. When trying to get to the unit they’re supposed to ring you up that failed for me and others. Once in the unit then you get the key fob. Like a treasure hunt you get the reward at the end of playing their game. That process needs to be reconfigured so it’s not so difficult for your guests. Everything closes at 8pm so after being out experiencing the area there’s no opportunity to enjoy the amenities. The parking garage was a horrible experience going around cement barriers 22 floors up not exactly a good time stressing about damaging your car. The unit was nice and clean on the 30th floor. But no games to play it was either TV or nothing. To offer good feedback it was quiet at night since there’s a 10pm curfew and the pillows were comfy. The stay was decent but I won’t do this listing again. To much hassle.
