About this house rental
A fully restored old Catalan farmhouse. Strategically located and very close to the best beaches in Llançà and Roses, as well as the Cap de Creus Natural Park. 15 km from Figueres (Dalí Museum), 7 km from Castelló d’Empúries, 10 km from Peralada, 25 km from Cadaqués, 12 km from Roses, 15 km from Llançà, and 40 km from Girona. Very peaceful. The house is part of a farm and ranch, surrounded by a garden and fields. The pool is shared with the owners, who may occasionally use it. Spacious interior areas, including two living rooms and a large 40 m² kitchen-dining room. It features 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one triple room for children), 3 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a beautiful garden with an outdoor table, barbecue, and pool (shared only occasionally with the owners). Its strategic location, at the junction of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park, and the Albera mountain range, makes it the perfect destination for lovers of hiking, cycling, and water sports. Ideal for families looking to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature and tranquility, close to beaches, natural parks, and the main coastal towns and resort areas of the Empordà, in a spacious home of over 250 m².

This property is like living in a luxury ranch, where the buildings and surrounding farm buildings hide the impeccably well designed architecture, with innate attention to the detail in design, layout and furnishings.
A very clever use of a farm building within a working cow farm, converted to a private and secluded home . We were 10 adults, yet the property had so much more space than we needed. The host and his son were extremely kind and helpful at checkin and left us to ourselves which is what we wanted. Being a large group, everyday we did struggle with the hot water for showers which was our only disappointment. We did not experience unpleasant smells as reported by other reviews, although the swimming pool drinks beakers were needing a wash as they were dirty. The pool was perfect temperature and salt watered. At night we had great pleasure watching fireflies dancing around the pool. Mosquitoes are bad so you must be prepared, but this didn’t spoil our stay.
