Location is great Sea view , not far from any where . All very clean . Owners were very helpful if you had any questions .
It’s our second time staying here and we would stay again .
We had to collect the keys from outside of Guardamar (La Mata ) as we arrived in the evening , landed at 18.30 wasn’t late .
All took time and would have cost you more if you had a taxi . I would check about key collection before booking .

Das Apartment ist schön groß und geräumig, sauber ist es auch.
Der Balkon mit dem Meerblick wunderschön.
Hervorragend war der Service von der Schlüsselübergabe bis hin zur Abreise, wir durften sogar länger am Abreisetag bleiben.
Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort erledigt.
Wir haben eine normale Kaffeemaschine vermisst, so haben wir uns einen Kaffeefilter gekauft und den Kaffee von Hand aufgebrüht.
Die linke Balkonschiebetür am besten nicht öffnen, geht ganz schwer auf und zu.
Aber eine Zumutung ist die Dusche.
Die Duschschiebetür lässt sich kaum bewegen und verhakt sich immer wieder oder springt aus der Schiene . Das wurde ja auch schon in anderen Bewertungen bemängelt.
Haben wir leider zu spät gelesen.
Die Erwartungen wurden auf Grund der miserablen Dusche nicht erfüllt.
Gepunktet hat der schöne Balkon mit der Aussicht auf das Meer

The location, close to the centre of town, beach and swimming pool.
Being greeted by maintenance man on arrival - and having an issue with the cold water which meant we had no cold water or toilet facilities for our first night.
Having to collect the keys from another location outside Guardamar.
The shower facility was poor - broken shower door and minimal hot water.
Poor quality of towels - need replacing.
Electricity kept tripping when using the kettle and hairdryer.
Inadequate bedding for time of the year - 1 top sheet; it needed a quilt and blanket. Also blankets smelt of curry/spices.
