Location is great and very convenient to get around. It's cheap to stay and right near the BTS. It's also convenient to get a taxi to the airport from here as you are right off of a main road.
They really need to put new furniture in the rooms and do some work on the bathrooms and slap a coat of paint o the walls. I've stayed a few times at this location in different rooms and the furniture is is falling apart. The wardrobes can't hold anything as they might fall apart. The desk and chairs are bent and warped. The Bathrooms vary in quality depending on the room. There is some mold between the tiles and water stains on the ceiling. water was also leaking from one wall in teh bathroom which was also partially exposed with a large hole in it.

Great location and cheap accommodation. Just don’t expect anything fancy
Could have been cleaned a lot better. Towels and sheets were stained (but clean).
