It's value for money indeed. The location is easy for e hailing to drive in & drop off. And it's very near to places if attractions; KLCC, KL Tower, etc.
Some parts of the house might need a bit clean up; the tiles & sliding window next to stove, kitchen sink & master bedroom wall tiles. Might consider adding some cooking items like a pan & a chopping board.

The interior is minimalist & nice
Parking area so dark and far from the lift. Need to use password every time u enter the main door
