Fantastic property in the heart of cavtat great hosts.

Property was perfect, location is great right in the old town of Cavtat . Brilliant communication throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely house and very comfortable we enjoyed our stay here.

A lovely part of the world a beautiful apartment.

A beautifully restored apartment. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Beautiful terrace with a hot tub. Kitchen was lovely for prepping breakfast. Aircon is fantastic.

No view when sat down on the balcony but didn’t spoil anything, just a want really. The amount of steps up to the property but after a few days we were like gazelles. Luckily we didn’t have big cases and children! Mirrors in each bedroom would be helpful for ladies doing makeup, a toaster to make life a little easier and a squeegee for the shower rooms to remove excess water.

Very good

The apartment Nico’s is brand new and contains everything you need for a stay in Cavtat. The only thing we missed were pegs in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Within a week, both towels and sheets were changed. We really appreciated this. The apartment is located in the upper part of the old town. The road to the beach Rat og old town is short, but luggage must be carried as there is no road ahead. This can easily be solved by packing in a backpack or duffel bag.

Worst experience with Booking.com

We had a booking with Nico's Appartement. We tried to call the owner, but only the agency answered. This property is only reachable on foot. After half and hour we found the accomodation, and we were waiting in the terrace for our host. Suddenly, the owner showed up and literarely started yelling at us "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". We were very perplexed and tired since our car broke up this morning, so we were moving with a 10 months baby and 3 years old child plus our luggage. At any moment he appologised from the " inconvenience" of not updating his business calendar, he simply insisted on his pedantic " what do you want?", " you just booked one hour ago", " the accomadation is taken", pullled out his mobile phone and showed us all the other properties that were available in Booking.com site. He got away with what he wanted. He kicked us out of his property to avoid trouble with his "overbooking" and did not help us at all. Considering this property is only reachable on foot, and we are travelling with a 10 months baby and 3 old child this really unethical, if not unhuman.

Host Niksa was excellent, I really liked the location and the appartment which is very close to the sea. Price money ratio is great and i really look forward to come again next summer
