Location, ease of entry via digital code and comfort. Modern well appointed for a travellers needs in a lovely country town.

Spacious room - some pleasant furniture (not all). Hot water. Self checkin worked well.
Mattress poor, pillows poorer. Bed head very shabby, corner chair very dirty and worn. Small/hard towels. Fresh milk would be nice to have. A breakfast alternative is needed (township also lacking in breakfast choices). Balcony untidy. No privacy curtain on window without using total blockout.
