I had a brilliant 5 days there and the location was fantastic.

It is a beautiful apartment in a wonderfully central location and near the Thames too. It was very comfortable with all modern conveniences which made it a great place to stay.

Beautiful and would be perfect with a few adjustments

Very pretty apartment, top of the range everything and the kitchen has everything you need. I asked for a cot for a baby and it was provided

The location is practical but very noisy and there's a traffic light outside the bedroom window that could do with a black out blind as the room lights up orange every few minutes all night. No broom or hoover so with a crawling baby and a 6 night stay the floor was dirty and all I had was a dustpan and brush to clean it. The bed is huge and comfy but needs a duvet big enough for the bed.

A lovely, extremely clean apartment in a perfect position.

Brilliant location.

Being very picky because the Apartment was very nice and extremely clean…. The pillows were not very good. No full length mirror in the bedroom near a plug socket. The lighting was very harsh. A corner lamp would have made it much cosier when relaxing at night time

Location is perfect - everywhere is walkable. And very clean.

Furniture getting tired. Fridge not working. Mattress is very lumpy - needs to be replaced.

Close to the centre of Henley. Easy access to local pubs, shops, restaurants etc. Public parking close by.

Heart of Henley

Excellent location right in the heart of Henley, next to a car park with free parking for an hour for unpacking the car and a short walk to cafes, pubs and shops. Free parking in roads nearby. There was coffee there, shampoo, everything you need and a little Sainsburys nearby for anything else like milk! It's a short walk to the river. Sam's communication was very good and it was nice knowing there was someone there to help or give advice if necessary.

The pub garden adjoining the car park was noisy in good weather, but it didn't really bother us and you can just shut the windows... The shower was a bit slippery but that's the only slightly negative thing I could say!

Very clean, very well equiped and comfortable apartment that has all the things you'd want in a home-from-home. The location was very central - right in the middle of town. Communications from Sam (the host) were great with very clear instructions.

Parking is complicated in Henley generally but this apartment is close to long stay paid car park and on road parking if you arrive early enough

Great location in the heart of Henley. Very clean, very beautiful apartment with all of the amenities. Overall great stay. Sam was incredibly helpful and kind! Thank you, Sam! I would definitely stay there again!

Would like to have opened windows easily. Both windows were covered with a Plexi glass. One window I was able to take the plexiglass off and open the window, but honestly the windows should have easy access to opening them. Hot water in shower runs out in less than 10 minutes.

comfortable, cozy and close to city center

It was very easy to get the keys and use codes. Was nice to have our keys to apartment but the code to get in were easy and quick.

A bit difficult to find the actual apartment - we did not have the house number only the street at first. Needed to message again to get apartment building number then we found it quickly

Lovely apartment close to Henley centre

The location was perfect for us close to the centre of Henley. We rented two apartments, both were very clean and well appointed. Light and airy and modern decor and appliances. We had everything we needed. The caretaker Sam was easily contacted when we inadvertently locked ourselves out! 😳

Very minor points. It wasn’t possible to park directly in front of the apartments for pickup/drop off, but we were able to use the nearby short stay car park. We then subsequently parked on the road for free about 5 mins walk from the accommodation. The Marlow Suite is light and airy, with windows set in the ceiling in the lounge, not all of which have blinds. For anyone using the sofa bed, you might need eye shades to prevent an early wake-up!

Perfectly positioned for the Festival, the river, restaurants and bars. Beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and very comfy beds Sam who was our point of contact couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Just loved our stay and have re-booked already

10/10 stay during HRR

It was so clean and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights during henley royal regatta and it was the most prime location and was just perfect for what we needed. The host was very accommodating and helped us get rides to and from the airport as well.

Clean, centrally located, but cramped and hot. Not value for money and we would not return.

Good location. We’ll equipped kitchen. Very clean throughout.

Very noisy at night. Woken up numerous time by people shouting outside the property. Our two bedroom apartment was very cramped for four people. Minimal storage so we couldn’t unpack. Our bedroom had no windows or ventilation and was so hot it was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. We were told after we departed that there are free-standing aircon units available but they should have been in the property when we arrived as outside temperatures were high twenties.
