everything is perfect and in place ,furthermore the hospitality of the owner were very generous,the beach is closed to property no need for taxis ,also do many good restaurants around Italian ,American,Tunisian and Chinese

We loved the design of the house, the location was good and everything was near (beach, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets). Fast WiFi also.

We didn't like the fact that the house was hard to find. Difficulty in knowing where the key box is once we arrived. The floor in the entrance had so much bird poo and also the balcony. Could be cleaned better (dark spots on pillows) and there wasn't any toilet paper. Nonetheless, it was a good stay. 😄

The two-bedroom apartment has an excellent location in La Marsa, only about a 5-minute walk from the beach. Unfortunately, that was the main and only positive point of our stay.

Cleanliness definitely needs to be reviewed. The bed sheets were stained, there was no soap in the bathroom to even wash our hands, and the ironing board was broken. More concerning was the main door lock, which was defective. At one point, we were actually locked inside the apartment and had to call the owner to come and help get us out. This is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety concern. However, the biggest issue was the humidity. There was a very strong damp smell throughout the apartment, which made the stay particularly uncomfortable. Overall, despite the excellent location, the condition and maintenance of the apartment did not meet our expectations. A very disappointing experience.
