Easy check in

Quiet neighborhood, parking in front of the house. Nice apartment with a big balcony. There are ski lockers for each apartment in the garage. A 10-minute drive to the ski lift.

Even though the apartment is for four people, having only four sets of plates and glasses is very inconvenient.

Lovely modern facility which was lovely to come back to after busy days

Super clean, very modern and well kept. Really good facilities. Almost like home from home.

It would be useful to have a fan for when it is hot as there is no air con. A toaster and some dessert spoons would be useful.

Clean and modern, but challenging in the summer.

The check-in process was very easy, with clear instructions and a keyless pin code for access. The private, designated parking spot was a huge plus. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and modern. We especially loved the two balconies which were well-equipped with chairs, a table, and a sun umbrella for relaxing.

The biggest issue was the complete lack of air conditioning. During our mid-June stay, it was uncomfortably hot at night, making sleep very difficult. Opening the windows for air resulted in hearing noise from traffic, birds, and a neighbor's dog very early in the morning. The bathroom also lacks an extractor fan, so the window had to be kept open for ventilation. Lastly, guests should be aware that there is no elevator.

Every thing was perfect Except that I sent an email early asking for a baby crib but I didn’t receive any answer and I didn’t got one, also at the check in there was a problem with the pin code that sent to us then later it was solved

Tha appartment is very new, nice, clean and comfortable. The bed is really comfortable as well. I will consider it for sure for my future stays in Brunico

Decent stay.

Overall, the apartament was nice, equipped and lighted. The balcony was spacious, the neighbourhood quiet & pleasant.

The mattress was super soft and so were the pillows. We would have preferred a firmer option - this way we had a hard time getting rest - but maybe this is what we are used to. The apartment lacked a corkscrew, so we had trouble opening wine bottles. The host wasn't super responsive, some of the communication went unseen. It would be a good idea to have a lock on the inside - we would have felt safer, moreover given the code - access.

Door codes were a perfect solution, ski storage was great with lockers and a lot of space. Apartment was clean, very nicely set, warm and very comfortable. Kitchen equipment is basic but we had all we needed. Big sunny terrasse. Location is good, close to the ski bus and driving distance to the city. Friendly and quiet area. Owner was very responsive, supportive and kind even if we only spoke on the phone.

Very good apartment, has plenty of space, you can spend cozy evenings with friends in a studio quality of furniture and appliances is quite good, bed is comfortable. And apartment is warm. Very satisfied

Ski depot can be improved a little. It was not warm enough in my opinion.

Appartement confortable mais vu le prix payé, on aurait aimé avoir un accueil et un interlocuteur..

L’emplacement de l’immeuble et la taille du logement (chambres et salles de bains spacieuses et bien aménagées.

Aucune réponse à nos e-mail une fois sur place 😥 Gestion trop business et impersonnelle. Pas de machine à laver alors qu’il y a de la place dans la salle de bain pour en mettre une. Salon très petit avec un canapé 3 places alors que l’appartement est prévu pour 6 à 8 personnes. TV du salon petite et non connectée. Manque de saladiers et de couverts alors que nous n’étions que 4 dans un logement prévu pour 8.

رغمً علمي بعدم وجود تكييف في المبنى ، هذا الذي ينقص المكان مع العلمً مكتوب يتوفر مراوح و لم يتمً ذلك و بعد المطالبة من مكان الاقامه لم يستجب إلا بعد تدخل خدمه عملاء booking تم توفيرها في اليوم الثالث من الاقامه ، يعني الاقامة في اول ثلاث ايام سيئه لوجود الحر في النهار و الحشرات في الليل لفتح النوافذ و الأبواب و لكن بعد توفير المرواح تغيير الحال الافضل و كانت الاقامه ممتعه و تحسن الحال ، المبنى ممتاز و فخم و تصميم عصري جميل ينقصها فقط التكييف الداخلي و يكون كل شيء مكتمل ، كذلك لم نستفد من الحديقة المشتركة لانها تفتح على الذي يسكن بجوارها و فيها تدخل على خصوصية، فلم استطيع الاستفادة منها
