LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Lowell Place, an awesome condo for ALL outdoor lovers who want to experience the mountain life!!
If you love skiing, boarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating or fishing, this unit is for you! The unit is ~100 steps to Creole and Quittin Time trails. Enjoy our ski in / ski out*** condo with access to Park City Mountain (*** Ski In: ~100 steps from Creole / Town Run / Quittin Time runs to the building; Ski out: ~200 steps from the building up a slight hill to ski/board down to Town Lift)!!! 15 min drive to the Jordanelle Reservoir for boating and other water activities.
For coffee, food and/or drinks, you will be 4 short blocks down to Main Street; so close to all the action without all the noise.
Other Amenities include:
- Two TVs with ROKU 4K connected for all your streaming needs
- In unit washer and dryer set
- REMOTE WORK setup with a desk, monitor, keyboard/mouse & Wifi (~100MBPS)
- Fully Loaded Kitchen
- Community hot tub
- PRIVATE patio with BBQ and table/chairs
- Personal Lockout Storage (in garage) for all your gear
- Covered parking in garage (1 spot) with plenty of guest parking
Our cozy condo accommodates up to 6 people. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have queen size beds and also have a pack n' play for our little guests. The couch in the living room converts to a queen size bed. There is a full bath with shower and tub with the primary bedroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower.
Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

It was not really ski-in/ski-out, as a walk was required both to and from the ski slope. The grill shown in the photos was not there, and there were only three comfortable seats in the living room (the fourth armchair had been replaced by a desk and a smaller chair). The jacuzzi outside was not sufficiently clean — the water seemed old or poorly maintained with chemicals.Otherwise, the kitchen was very well equipped, there were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were very helpful.
