The home is well stocked with kitchen needs. 4 flat screen TVs (one outside)! You'll feel far from the hustle and bustle of the big cities while rejuvenating at The LakeSide Lounger. This home is 3 bdrm/2 bath on the shores of beautiful & peaceful Lake Sinclair.
Enter the home w/ 4 steps to the front door into a wide open living room/ kitchen floorplan. The main floor hosts a Queen size bedroom, overlooking the backyard/lake. Next to this room is a large bedroom that hosts 2 twin beds, 1 queen. We offer a child's Pack & Play, Baby Bjorn crib, changing table, high chair with table, child safe plates/cutlery and baby gates (2) for use if needed.
The two up stairs bedrooms share the main floor with a twin/double bedroom, a queen bedroom and a full bath.
The main level hosts our kitchen which is well-stocked with cookware/dishes/glasses/ grill gear/ appliances/ ice maker. A recent addition is our newly added coffee/tea bar just off the kitchen space. We offer a Weber grill with propane tanks .
Head down a flight of stairs to a peaceful master suite retreat with it's own sitting area, smart tv along with computer desk. King bed features individual adjustable mattress. This suite also provides a private bath , double vanity, glass enclosed shower. We provide shower gels, all the linens and towels along with waffle woven robes in the master suite.
Just off the master suite step out onto the lower patio with full access to the sunsets and backyard! Relax with some quiet time or stream your favorite shows on the outdoor tv. We also offer extra-high speed Wi-Fi able to handle over 125 devices at one time.
We offer tons of lake toys, floats, fishing gear, fire pit, beach chairs, lounger, out door dining table for those dinners under the stars. Bring your own boat/jet ski or rent one from the nearby marina. Have the use of the home’s dock to moor your boat throughout your stay using any one of the dock's galvanized cleats. Water depth at the dock ranges from 8-9'. Small sandy beach also provides access to swim/float or use the ladder on the dock to make your way into the water. Get the fire pit started up for an evening of smores & stories.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and has had a nice update to include granite countertops and updated flooring. One of my sons enjoyed fishing off the dock, and there were many water toys at the house (kayaks, games, etc) to use and enjoy. The view of the lake is just beautiful and I loved drinking my coffee sitting on the back porch and watching the water. We were there for a GCSU Family Weekend, and it was an easy drive to and from Milledgeville around 20 minutes. There was great, quick communication when I had questions or comments. We will definitely come back in the future!

Great spot to enjoy the lake! Suzanne is a wonderful host and the house was better stocked than we expected. Our pooch loved the fenced yard and the neighbors were very nice as well. I definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again when visiting Lake Sinclair!

This was our second year staying at this lake house. It is perfect for our family. We will definitely keep coming back. Super clean and well stocked…from all the necessities you need in the house to all the fun things you want on the lake. Suzanne is quick to respond and very accommodating. Great neighbors too which is an added bonus!
