This floorplan offers 2 patios, one off master suite and 2nd off living room. The condo is clean, renovated from top to bottom. Everything is new. Washer, Dryer, and Ironing board for your convenience. You have access and may enjoy the amenities of the large swimming pool, hotub, gym, pool table, tennis & pickleball courts. Pool floaties are located in closet. This condo complex is located next to hospital and emergency walk in clinic. It is walking distance to restaurants and grocery store if you don't have vehicle transportation. 25 minutes form Airport and Westgate Shopping Event Center, ASU, Peoria Sports Complex, Top Golf and The Cardinals Stadium. The host was responsive when I needed guidance to gain access. The unit was spacious, well equipped, neat and clean. The location and amenities were perfect. I would rent again.

We recently stayed in this cute condo and overall had a pleasant experience. It’s in a decent location and has a warm, welcoming feel—you can tell a lot of care and love has gone into the space.There were just a couple of things worth noting. The condo wasn’t as clean as I would have expected upon arrival. For example, there was a large clump of hair on the shower floor and the floors appeared to have tracked-in leaves. Additionally, there were only four towels provided for a seven-day stay. Between daily showers and pool use, we found ourselves needing to wash towels frequently. This may not be an issue for shorter stays, but for longer visits I’d recommend bringing extra or separate pool towels.That said, the owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any communication, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a charming place with a cozy atmosphere, and with a few small improvements it could be an even better stay.

Great place, had all the amenities. Most comfortable bed I've slept on in the primary bedroom. Spacious bathroom, everything was clean and tidy. The property was great. Only complaint is the people upstairs, they stomp around a lot. But the rental itself was great.
