This delightful retreat includes 3 BR / 2.5 baths with a shared ocean view pool. Close to Restaurants, Water Excursions, Casinos & Waterparks. Families will enjoy this relaxing island get away. The 3 BR+ 2.5 bath home has comfortable beds and accessible bathrooms. Both bedrooms on the upper level have their own attached full bathrooms. Central air and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms make for a good night's sleep. Wake up each morning to the ocean view from the primary bedroom. Then have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous water views! The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals. The beach is across the street and there are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance. The home is located in a residential subdivision with 3 other homes.
Guests will have access to the shared, ocean view pool. The pool is shared with the other 3 homes in this quaint seaside neighborhood. Lounge chairs, beach towels and pool toys are provided and can be taken to the beach or the pool. There is even an air pump, so bring your raft and float in the beautiful ocean.
Our local co-hosts will be available to you while on the island. They will be available to help with anything you may need. They live on the island and can give great recommendations.
There is a set of stairs from the parking lot to the front door. This home is NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The home is family friendly and has a beachy vibe! It is centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants & many beaches. We do recommend getting a car. If you are looking for that island vibe, this home is perfect for you.

Alicia met at us at the house with a warm welcome. The home was clean. It was nice to have beach chairs and beach towels available for us to use and even a small lunch box size cooler to put waters in.

Beautiful location and views of the ocean! Nice spacious house for our family of 5! And to top it off, Florian, the local host, went way above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to have a great vacation!!! Thank you!!

Responsive communications with owner and property manager. Late check-out was greatly appreciated. A great neighborhood (e.g. Travelers Rest bar next-door). Very convenient to airport. A little further from Nassau than I anticipated. A lot of construction of neighboring houses (probably post–hurricane repairs) resulting in minor access and parking issues. Kitchen could be supplied with a wider range of utensils. Overall, highly recommend.
