Great penthouse with sea view for a wonderful vacation on the sandy beach.
Here you will stay not far from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the salt water lake Mar Menor on the other. This bright, comfortable apartment is fully furnished, underfloor heating everywhere and air conditioning in every bedroom. It is located on the 5th and 6th floor and also includes an open roof terrace on the 7th floor. This has a barbecue, a kitchen counter with cold water and a private shower cabin. You have great views from all three terraces of the apartment, but especially from the roof terrace.
It's a short walk from the apartment to jump into the pool. Take a walk on the beach, refresh yourself in the water, enjoy the sea and the sun. Visit one of the many restaurants or take a walk along the car-free promenade. The surrounding area offers activities such as tennis, mini golf, opportunities for hiking or biking. You can also rent a boat or a jet ski.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.
