Location and history and decor. Lovely place
The bed was rock hard. We ended up trying to get some sleep in the chairs

The staff was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is walkable to the main downtown strip, but it’s not well-lit, and there aren’t sidewalks on all blocks.
It’s in need of some major updates, especially for the price they’re changing. The bathroom was very worn, and the main floor has that unpleasant old house odor.
